Extreme Latency and disconnection after the maintenance on June 14

My game immediately reached 999+ ping within 1 minute of logging in.
Then I was immediately kicked from the game, even I was in a low population zone (Northern Elsweyr).

I tried the repair function on the launcher, but it didn't help at all.

Please fix it asap. It is very disappointing as a ESO plus member.

By the way, I'm on Steam platform, and I have no any add-on. I've never used any add-on.

Thanks for your reply.

I conducted a speed test. My internet connection is fine: 714 Mbs download; 692 Mbs upload.

I don't have any external hard disk and I've been using the existing anti-virus over a long time.

Please let me reiterate - The error only occurred after ESO maintenance on June 14.

I'll try to submit a ticket.

Yes. there were still horrible 999+ ping and disconnection today.

After nearly an hour of disconnection, it worked again...

It's the same as yesterday. After getting angry and descripting problems on the forum, the game somehow functioned again.

It works now.

Somehow the frequency of disconnection reduced by a lot. (from approx. once every 3 minutes early this week to every 2-3 hours now).

The overall performance is not as horrible as the first two days after the maintenance of this week but it's still worse than the situation before the maintenance.

Anyway...

I'll evaluate the performance before renewing my ESO plus again. Still a few months to go before my current subscription expires...
