Accidentally bought a copy of base game on the wrong account

I bought a second copy of the base game, intending to make a new account with it, however I accidentally purchased it on my original account. I have absolutely no use for it there. Is there a way to transfer it to a new account?

    Also I literally cannot figure out how to ask this via the website, trying to go through the website gets me stuck in an endless cycle of answers to questions I did not ask, and I could not find a way to interact with a real person. Do I need to go through in game /feedback or /help for this?

    I think you might have to submit a ticket in-game before someone reaches out to you. Try the F1 menu in-game>customer support> item assistance and choose you have a problem with the crown store.
