Traitbuddy- me or it?

It was suggested that I d/l trait buddy and so I did but this was right in the middle of Blackwood coming online. So it doesn't work but I don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong or it's just in need of an update. When I bring up the window it's blank, except for the character's name at the bottom.
