A week ago, I became a SOCIAL BAN without an exact reason

I couldn't use the guild shop, I couldn't send mail, and I couldn't trade with users. also group chats and zone chats are also not allowed., so communication is very frustrating.

I submitted a ticket with the ticket number 210530-002788, but the only thing that came back was a macro answer, but it was not resolved.

the important thing is that many Korean guild members who play with me became SOCIAL BAN without any specific reason. One of them still hasn't solved it like me

I am curious as to why Koreans social ban, and I hope that it will be resolved as soon as possible. The in-game ID is @gdh2314.
