cannot receive mail or house visitors

Since the launch of Blackwood when I try to mail things from my alt accounts to my main account @SunshineDaydream.xyz I instead get an on-screen message of "Unknown Player". I then went to change my username to see if that would fix the issue, but see that part of the account website system is "temporarily disabled while investing players unable to change their username." Since @SunshineDaydream.xyz is not my original username for that account I'm wondering if it's a related issue.

My wife was able to mail things to my main account while I was online, but not while I was offline. When I'm offline she is getting the "Unknown Player" message instead of the mail sending as well.

An add-on may be causing issues with your in-game mail. We have two help articles linked below that go over how to uninstall or remove add-ons that you're currently using.

I should point out that I can mail any other account, just not my main one -- so I have my doubts about addons being at fault. However when the servers come back up I will disable all addons to ensure that is the case.

I removed all Addons and SavedVariables and the AddonSettings.txt file from the live folder and still cannot mail to @SunshineDaydream.xyz

As mentioned above, my wife CAN mail me @SunshineDaydream.xyz WHILE I'm online, but when I'm offline she instead gets the "Player unknown" message as well.

Also, I can send mail to any of my other alt accounts, just not send mail to my main account.

Please help.

URGENT UPDATE: I also cannot go to any house owned by my main account. When trying to it says "character not found"

I have paid millions of gold and hundreds of dollars for many of the houses and maintain the guild hall for the guild Sunshine Daydream with all crafting tables. This is now far more urgent an issue!

(I can get around the mailing by using deposit/withdraw from a guild bank, especially now that the guild bank swapping bug has been fixed with Blackwood, but cannot do any master writs conveniently without access to the Sunshine Daydream guild hall.)

@ZOS_BillE If someone tries to add me as a friend when I'm not online it says "Account not found"

@ZOS_BillE @ZOS_GinaBruno Again, these errors ONLY occur after my account has been logged out more than 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes or while I'm online folks can visit my houses, send mail, or add me as a friend.

"Account not found" -- when trying to add as friend
"Character not found" -- when trying to visit the primary residence through right-clicking on the Friend List or Guild Roster
"Unknown player" -- when sending mail

Without any addons at all:

I had a lot of trouble finding what category to put this in as almost nothing seemed to fit it and there is no visible "other" category for Support Tickets, so ended up putting in "problem with a crown store item" since it is affecting houses purchased with crowns. Ticket 210607-005208

Has this been resolved or is planned to be resolved? I have the same issue with our Guild hall with our guildmaster being offline. Hundreds of crafting stations are inaccessible behind "Character Not Found" when trying to go to his primary residence. Makes the huge investment not usable.

It has been fixed, but Customer Support had to change my @Username in the game to fix it

Currently the only way to change your @username is through a support ticket since they've disabled that feature on the Account Page of their website.
