Hello. I'm starting to get my ducks in a row for Tuesday's return of the proc. I have a question for PC nightblades.
In no proc pen was super important. If I had less than 15k I hit like a wet noodle. Trying to push damage higher by sacrificing pen usually meant I didn't kill my target in a timely manner.
How's it look now? Nothing would make my happier to not need more than 10 to 12k and go heavier into damage but ultimately I'll do what I gotta do.
But if pen still needs to be up, then I'll be sticking with Spriggans.
