Constant Disconnects in PvP Areas

Hello. I tried to give as many details as I can to help pin the problem. Sorry if it's unnecessarily long. Anyway, I started to have a problem today. Weird thing is, it started while I was in-game already. I was already playing for some time, decided to go for a battleground with some friends. I got into a very long loading screen. I waited around 2 minutes which usually takes less than 15 seconds. The game kicked me to the login screen. After that, it went downhill. I can only get in the game every few tries without getting an error like "Lost lobby connection" (before you post the Error 334(?) thing, I already tried all of the solutions there) but I can still get in time to time. At first, it was very bad. My character would stop responding except movement but I could still see people moving and read the chat. This was happening after a couple of minutes in a city. After a couple hours of break, it was better, as long as I didn't get into any PvP area. I tried a solo battleground, as soon as the countdown finished, my group members stopped moving and I got kicked shortly after. Tried Imperial City to see if it's a problem related to PvP and it seems so. I queued for IC, while I was in the hub, it was all good. As soon as I went up the ladder, I immediately got hit with 999+ ping and shortly after same not responding thing started to happen, got kicked again. Once I get in the game (still having trouble getting in), I can sit in the city for as long as I want now but as soon as I enter a PvP area, I get a huge ping spike and kicked. I tested other games, only ESO responds this way.

EDIT: I have 0 addons active, actually deleted them from the folder altogether. Also playing on Steam, if that helps.

EDIT 2: Tried Cyrodiil, as soon as I got in there, I ping spiked to 999+ and got disconnected. Logged back in, got instantly ping spiked and couldn't get out. Closed everything from Task Manager and launched again, got ping spiked again but managed to get out of Cyrodiil before getting disconnected. Sitting in Mournhold safely now, with no ping issues or disconnects. So yeah, PvP areas are messed up for me, everything else is fine.
