Character Locked Error 326

Hi,

There's a bug with a positional desync that seems to occur when folks are being knocked back with Dragon Knight's Leap. This occured in a Battlegrounds match. Your body goes flying/floating some distance away and then hard disconnect. It resulted in my character being locked out with Error 326 shortly after. Could I have some response as to how long it takes to get this issue resolved? I understand support has to manually unlock the character. I've filed a ticket but received no e-mail confirmation that the ticket is filed/open. The ticket # is 210601-004331.
