Addon help.. Ability progress bar timers setting up

So I'm new to pc and trying to figure out how to setup the addons that let u have skill timers as bars on screen. I've been trying to use LUI Extended and S'rendarr. It says to add them by just type the name or ID, some work on both while some don't work on any or only 1 of the addons. I'm spelling the names correctly and I've found the ID from LUI debug setting. I prefer to use S'rendarr bc it let's me set up the locations of the of multi bars but idk why it's not working for all skills I'm trying to set up with.

The skills do no all provide a uniqueId of a buff or anything that could be tracked. Most skills that are trackable show a buff if you press C and scroll down. These buffs are casted on yourself (the player) as you have used the skills.
Some skills provide 1, some 2 or more buffs. And some do not cast any buff so they are not trackable via these addons!
Either wait for the next update where ZOs adds kind of buff times or use the addon "Action Duration Reminder" to track all skills (no buffs) and their recast time (https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1536-ActionDurationReminder.html).
