Notice of changes when entering cyro

Could we please get a notice that pops up when you first enter cyro after changes have been made?

Not everyone checks stuff out of the game and there are STILL people who aren't aware that proc sets are disabled.

Doesn't need to be much, but please just give some heads up to those poor souls wandering around unaware.

Sure, but then how do those people know its ended?
Or the next time they take away/enable group heals etc.
Just some info would be nice for those who don't play all the time.

I agree they should have made an in game notice. We had quite a few people on ps4 that were still using proc sets a few weeks in not even knowing they weren’t working.

it's tough though - sooooooo many changes in this game get implemented with little to no "in-game" communication or guidance from zos...

i mean, change is inevitable, but, sure would be nice for them to figure out a better way to let the players know what's happening...
