Whats worth it more? Should I buy the shoulders for 50, or should i buy the 1 key boxes?

✭✭I've burned hundreds of keys without getting any of the Undaunted Style Pages, so I'd say spend the 50 keys and be done with it. The RNG in ESO is easily the worst of any game I've played.3
