Does anybody successfully use it that way?
I've also been spoiled by my ritual of rebirth and incantation.I find I have the same issue on my warden healer, I can struggle in those oh shoot moments where I miss having a generic burst heal (too spoiled by the sorc matriach). Earthgore to save the day.

It's not preferred to warhorn in endgame, obviously, but it is cheap to cast and gives back a pretty huge dose of ultimate so you can often safely throw it down early and still be ready with a warhorn by the time it's your turn.
Resto staff ulti has a similar effect, but without the ulti kickback. Light's Champion though is sometimes an acceptable stand-in for warhorn when circumstances demand it.
Outside of that, Bursting Vines tends to be the strongest burst heal in the Warden kit, but it's a little complicated to use as it screws with positioning and isn't particularly easy to use on the tank. Budding seeds is also a good option, though it takes a couple steps to deliver its burst. If you can animation cancel well, though, it's a pretty solid (and very cheap) burst heal.
I thought skills cannot be animation-cancelleddoesurmindglow wrote: »Budding seeds is also a good option, though it takes a couple steps to deliver its burst. If you can animation cancel well, though, it's a pretty solid (and very cheap) burst heal.

The mushrooms dont see to reach them in time and healing ward only cover one person. I may use the altar skills
What are the best skills for a Omigosh everyone about to die moment for wadern. Any other tip would be appreciated. Thank you

When your team dies, they usually are being careless about standing in stupid or are just plainly glass cannons. This patch everyone thinks they can run parse food. 🤦♂️ That is not your fault.
My Warden healer is the buff bot. Warden has the best tool kit for that. That is where the warden healer really shines. So I use jorvuld's guidance and Spell power cure with iceheart (i know 😉) or either symphony or sentinel. The second healer on raids should be the "healing healer"/ kyte healer.
You should backbar seeds and shrooms with elemental blockade, blue betty, frostcloack and warhorn on a charged ice staff. Frontbar restoration staff heals with orbs and inner light, any ultimate for passives.
For CP take some active stars, that increase stats, instead of 10% heal power. I talked a lot about that with healers in my guild(s), and nearly all prefer that.

If the group is stacked and you are nearby then keep Illustrious Healing + Budding Seeds up all the time and use Combat Prayer.
In intense moments (like vCR execute) both Overflowing Altar and Bone Surge will be really helpful (Bone Surge only when you're group healer, because synergy radius is really low).

Could you go into more detail about which stars would be okay? If you don't mind

Anything that needs to be sloted to increase healing is waste of a slot especially when max magicka and spell damage increase it more.
P.S wait till next week. Next patch has cooler healer cp stars
