QoL Healing in random group

Is there any way to se if players are unhealable from group frame? Like if they use Mist form or the Ring of the Pale Order mythic item?
I think right now it feels so "buggy" because you don't immediately understand why your heal doesn't work. Something I think should be in the base game but maybe possible with a add-on workaround?
