Security Question recovery

Good day.
Just wanted to check on the process for this.
Somehow my password got reset when I changed my password on the forum (at least I think that's the issue, mind you it could just be a PEBKAC problem as well) and I seem to have forgotten what I thought was my favourite band when I filled out that question, and need to get my security question reset so I can recover my password.
I submitted a ticket through the support page and got a ticket number, but no "we are looking into your issue" email as I would have expected. Maybe I am missing part of the process.

My support ticket number is 210503-001860

it's been most of the morning now and I am itching to get back in game.
Can pls I get an update on my ticket so I can re-enter the world of Tamriel?

@ZOS_Chiroptera sorry to be a pain, but will that be today "soon" or later? I have a trial tonight so I wanted to check to see if I have to back out of it.

The normal timeframe for support to respond on tickets is usually 24 to 48 hours.
