My Eso+ Subscription is gone. I'm writing here because my first ticket about this issue only received a generic response that did not even apply to my situation. I submitted a new ticket earlier and really hope someone can help.
I purchased 6 months of Eso+ on April 1st 2021 through Steam. Both my Steam and my Eso accounts are connected. The reason why I buy through Steam - I've been doing that since last year - is because I can't check-out on the Zenimax purchase site for some reason.
My Eso Plus is supposed to run until October 1st 2021....
On April 19 this issue occured for the first time after the maintenance - all my benefits were gone. Lucky for me the Eso+ Trial was suddenly offered, so I took it.
Now 9 days later the Eso+ Trial run out according to a system notification, and I lost the Eso+ benefits again.
The weird thing is that my Eso account stated "You own an active ESO Plus™ membership through Steam®." a day after I took the Eso+ trial, so I assumed the issue was fixed.
Now that account note is gone again and it says I have no membership. Steam however states that my membership is still active...
Hope someone can help.
