Crashes exiting CP allocation still the same broken mess

If you attempt to exit the CP system using the circle button, you will still find yourself blue screening - again, this was something that was claimed fixed by the patch notes... do those patch notes reflect any accuracy at all on PS4??? I'm beginning to wonder...
You can seemingly exit using the touchpad method - you can still crash, but it appears less frequent and likely.
