Game Freezing

I have never experience game freezes before, until the last update ESO installed. Whenever I go to use the bank or switch between guild banks my game freezes for 3 minutes, when I switch my gear the game freezes for 2 minutes between each item and when I charge a weapon with a gem the game freezes for 3 minutes. My game ran smoothly before the last update and after the last update my game has been freezing, not crashing. I know it is not my internet speed, since I am at 438.6 mbps
Any help would be appreciated, I play on the Xbox One.

I only play on the Xbox One, because it is cheaper then PC.

ZOS_BilladminWith multiple threads on this issue we are closing this one. As an update posted here, we are aware and currently working on a fix for the lag and freezing issues the guild bank is experiencing.
