Revokus✭✭✭✭✭This game gave up on class balance a long time ago. It's been years since the last significant class skill changes.
Better luck for frequent balancing in new world coming soon. The broken procs/mythics meta coming back is the stuff of nightmares after the awesome no-procs of this update.
