I use Hundings/Spriggan on my NB for a little more WD but impreg with more well fitted is a nice build.

Interesting to use the red CP that reduces core costs when you have a status effect-- anyone know the uptime of status effects, is it almost always in combat? Also what does it mena reduces "core abilities"-- does this mean there are abilities it doesnt reduce? Does it only reduce class abilities?

I dont think theres a addon for that uptime.

It only reduces core skills

Sneak
Sprint

There's a section on Advanced Stats when you press C for the core abiliies
