Cannot unbind Auto run

Hello,
I am using an old Logitech F310.
I bound th autorun on the left pad (arrow down) to toggle autorun.
Now in combat, I seem to hit it all the time by accident and go from run to walk - which really messes up the came play.

So I went into controller and did an 'unbind' on that - now it says Not Bound by Autor run across Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and Quaternary. However if I press the thumb pad and the down button - it still toggles it.

I tried togging it to the '\' key and that works, but the thumbpad still toggles it...

ESO keybindings are saved server-side and should persist from one location to the next. If your keybindings fail to save or won't unbind for any reason, we recommend resetting all bindings back to their default.

From the key bindings menu, we recommend resetting both Keyboard and Gamepad defaults.

• Select R to load keyboard defaults
• Select F to load gamepad defaults
