Launcher loading loop on Steam

Hi everyone!
I reinstalled ESO on Steam but I can´t play it as it is stuck into a loading loop. I tried to repair the game files with no avail, as it skips directly to 100% - I either have a CPU so fast that in a second scans 95GB or there´s something wrong with the installation.
