Reshade screwed up the game, it won't even launch

So I downloaded Reshade and now ESO won't launch. When I try it brings up the error page immediately but it's oversized so I only see like maybe a tenth of it. I have to Alt-F4 to get it to clear. I looked for Reshade in apps to uninstall but it's not there. How do I get rid of Reshade so I can play the game again?
