Lights of Meridia Addon Issues

My group and I love Lights of Meridia in Cyrodiil. However, since the last patch, it will work sometimes and sometimes it won't. When it works, it will only work on one person in the group. The same for all of us. There is an error message when we log in that says:
[LAM2] The panel with id 'LightsofMeridia' was registered before addon loading was completed. This might break the AddOn Settings menu.
Can anyone help please?
