Weapon Damage Enchantment does 348 (legendary) Weapon and Spell Damage for 5 seconds after attacking
Decreased Heath Enhancement does 4875 (legendary) Oblivion Damage...
Thoughts on which is best for a weapon (2H, 1H) or Staff?

weapon damage glyph has longer cooldown
damage glyph has shorter cooldown.
Weapon damage it just depends on how many DoTs you have up.
Oblivion damage? I don't know why if going for pvp to ignore resistance then sure. It be good for burst line up with other skills and sets.
