Last resort to improve Cyrodiil performance

Cyrodiil should not be groupable.
I think this is a radical idea, but it has the potential to solve all Cyrodiil issues.
If all players are solo the server will be improved and there will be no immortal ball groups.

Would players still be able to heal and buff their allies? If so, this change would do very little for performance. I mean, most ballgroups aren’t even taking part in the current test in my experience, and performance is still atrocious, it’s all PUG’s, and they are never as proficient as the ones that spam AOE every GCD and stack tightly.

Anyway, I would like to see something done. We are currently facing into at least 3 more months of the current Cyro experience. Perhaps ZOS are crossing their fingers that the CP changes will have a positive effect on Cyro performance, but as a player of no CP I’m not as optimistic.

Umm, just because you can't group in game doesn't mean you can't group over Discord or TS. Ballgroups couldn't care less if they are actively grouped or not as long as healing applies to everyone which has to be the case or you would exclude an entire role from Cyro since you can't have healing limited to groups if there is no way to create one.
