Blackwood Housing Request: Imperial Street Strip

After seeing this promotional image and all these potential new pretty carts and stalls, I feel the desire for a house in the new chapter that is more like a street corner or strip.
The Gardner House exterior and Thieves Oasis are close to this concept. The Gardner House is in the middle of Wayrest, and Thieves Oasis has the “street layout” with several building exteriors. However, the Gardner House is just the yard of a single house, and Thieves’ Oasis is far removed from any city.
To elaborate on the concept, I would love to decorate some main streets just like this strip in the city, and a view of the rest of the city, but it can be at the end of a street with a gate walling it in and it’s a small neighborhood of building fronts wrapping around a strip of street, and it’s all enclosed by a gate/wall on either side. My explanation might be a bit complex but, please, I need it! I’d like to make a little pseudo festival build with a long strip like this! Please!
