Need Help Finding Post That Explained Stealth Detection Areas, etc

A while back (year or two, maybe) I found a post that really explained the sneak/stealth system (detection area, Kajitt and medium armor buffs, etc) but a search today for "detection area" did not help. It may be an external link.
