turning off proc sets didnt do anything
you guys need to go back to like 2016 when after certain update lots of people complained about lagging out and see what got changed
also this test would have been better if you didn't allow out of group healing
overall fights are better when abilities, potions, ultimates actually fire off - but its so hard
also one last thing for the healing change - all you made people do is everyone stacks up and spams mutagen/regen groups and pugs in same spot, there are almost no small fights, gg
