How can you set a description of your primary residence on consoles?

I have seen many guild members will have descriptions of their primary residence in the character information when you view them on a guild roster.

Are you talking about the “visit primary residence” option under their name or something else with which I’m not familiar?

Woefulmonkey✭✭✭When you look at the roster view to see guild members and you select a member from the list, on the right side of the screen you will see info about the selected member. It shows several bits of static info like there character name and there current location. For some members, just below the location info, there is some fee form text, similar to a message of the day for a guild, but it is specific to the player. It normally contains a description of the players primary residence and the services it contains. I am trying to find out how to set that text field.0

This is what I have been suspecting, but I was hoping for a definitive confirmation.
Unfortunately there are a lot of 'hidden' features in this game that had to find on your own. I tried to create my own guild to see if I could control a 'notes' value, but found no option to do that. However, until you have a significant number of guild members they hide many features from you.
I will just ask one of the guild officers how they manage that text. If it turns out there is some 'secret' to getting that done I will post back what I find.

Ah yes I remember seeing that now.
Usually the guys that have the guild houses or houses with all attunables have a note like that. I am guessing it’s because they are guild officers and have an option to add text. I did not see a way to do it myself, either.
