Is there an official "proc" set list for the upcoming test?

Just wondering which sets won't work during the upcoming testing. I'm hearing things like NMA won't work. Is this true? I'd like to know which sets so I can get set up now or use what I already have waiting in my bank hehebehehebebebebehbebdjdjd
