Stamden Medium Armor sets?

So I've recently been running around IC and using Eternal Vigor 5 piece heavy. It's been great for survivability but I know my dps took a hit.

Is there a good 5 piece medium armor set I could swap out and not lose a ton of survivability? I thought about switching to Hundings just to see if I do better burst damage. Any advice is welcome.

You can still use eternal vigor in combination with a medium armor set if you'd like. Just simply put eternal vigor on two big armor slots like chest and legs, and then the rest on jewelry. Eternal vigor is such a strong set, I honestly don't think its worth dropping.

As far as hunding's goes, thats a max stat set which isn't necessarily bad but you will have a much harder time dealing damage because it just amplifies your abilities and abilities have a tendency to not hit in this performance. You might be better off with something like syvarras as that does the damage for you and you don't have to worry about actually landing every single ability.

Yea I hear you. I do really like having Venomous Smite on though. I guess I could put venomous smite as armor and use eternal vigor for jewelry but venomous smite just won't give me the DPS I'm looking for I think

Also wouldn't venomous smite be a better set than Syvarras?

In terms of damage yes venomous does more dps, in terms of ease of proccing, syvarras is easier to proc so you choose what you would prefer. If you want to build in weapon damage, you should do it other ways besides sets, like infused weapon damage jewelry and potentially the warrior mundus if you have enough sustain
