Red line under ESO

I have ESO on PS5. It currently shows a red line under the game in storage and the game will not start. Happened the other day I deleted and re-downloaded and all worked fine. 2 days later red line back not playable. Anyone know what this is or a solution?

If this issue with the red line appearing continues to happen even after reinstalling ESO, please go ahead and start a ticket with customer support.
