Group-only Healing

Was healing reverted back to not just being group only? When this was changed, it was good for many reasons - including performance and not carrying randos. But it appears it was reverted and both reasons are now affected.

It hasn't been reverted back yet and they also said it had no significant impact on performance.

Also most people would argue that performance has been worse since the change to groups and healing was made.
