No Twitch drops via PS5 app

Anyone else had this problem? I know my account is linked because I have the app on my phone and have previously had no issues getting drops but watched via the app on the PS5 today for 2hrs and received nothing o.O drop box is empty

Update: submitted a ticket just in case they can help. I’m not too fussed about the crates but I kinda wanted the pet
