PS4 NA- Immovable skill not working since Stonethorn

PS4, Ps5, NA- Since Stonethorn, the Hvy armor skill is no longer working like an immovability potion when activated as it should. Fears, streaks, bash interrupts all go through immovable now. But if you use an immovability potion... that still works!? The Hvy armor skill is supposed to work like an immovability potion but fir a much shorter duration... it hasn’t since Stonethorn when it’s time got adjusted lowered by 1 sec.
Nothing in the skills description changed, it’s supposed to make you immune to knock backs and all disabling effects ( i.e. fear, etc) it doesn’t. I’ve sent countless tickets on this but to no avail. Many of my friends noticed the exact same thing.
Seems like a coding error or something when they adjusted its duration it must have messed up w the how the skill functions.
This really needs to be looked at by the ZOS combat team asap
