Could not retrieve announcements, Error 200 when trying to log in.

My character was straight kicked from the game, while another person tried getting in for the first time today and had no success.

    UPD: looks network-related. German VPN server solved my login troubles.

    Both me and the other affected person are from western Russia, though quite far from each other.
