Ps4 NA: Load screen freezes on every toon I try to login to

Today I'm gonna miss my rewards. Can't login to any of my toons. I tried restarting console, internet, everything. Won't let me login any toons, always freezes.

ZOS_BilladminDeleting your local save data may help allow your characters to log back in successfully.- From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings.
- Go to Application Saved Data.
- Click on Saved Data in System Storage
- Select "Delete"
- Select The Elder Scrolls Online.
- Place ticks next to ESO Save Data.
- Select [Delete] and then select [OK] to confirm your decision.
