Game crash when accessing guild list

For two days now many of us have been experiencing a game crash when attempting to access guilds in our lists. If we attempt to continue to access it, we get Error 307 and have to wait to reconnect to the server.
It all started with a member altering the message of the day within one of our guilds. Now members are having the same issue. We have all submitted tickets with no response. PS4 EU
