Mages Guild, Psijics, whatever, just make episodic novelettes to add value to the awesome stuff that is already present in game.
Stop it with these "grand" stories that are dry as sawdust sandwiches and make smaller content drops with writing that actually gets some thought and attention paid to it!
Give quests some dynamic choices! Want to take the evil path? cool! Do it and see where it leads. Want to be the hero? Great! Do that!
Im so sick of these rail-road quests that dont even bother to offer even the illusion of player agency. I have dropped quests and walked away when presented with a forced choice that my character would not make.
This is supposed to be a role playing game.. lets add back some role playing ... IE CHOICE!9 -

✭well Oblivion is a vast series of realms and not a single locale and while we have seen some of the Deadlands in City of Ash 2 I am sure there is much more to be explored (and it won't be as monotonous as TES4 Deadlands)
I like the year-long story themes and they are tying in old friends as well as adding new characters.
It would be neat to have some new guild quests during the year too but those could be problematic for new players who haven't completed the main guild questlines (idk!).

MajThorax✭✭✭✭✭Booooring. I ve noticed that expansions that took us to places we hadn't seen in previous tes games, were better, more detailed. Summerset and Elsweyr were visually pleasing. Wrothgar too. Western Skyrim was disappointing. I predict Gates of Oblivion to be the same thing.1 -

Update: after putting in a support ticket, ZoS found that my Twitch account (that Twitch shows had been linked for 2 years) was not properly linked to my ESO account. I logged in to the ESO account page, clicked the button to link my Twitch account (a few times, it's a toggle so I made sure it ended in a "linked" state), and immediately got the usual emails to indicate that I had drops.
