Scrolls disappearing from keeps and returning to temples?

Anyone else had this happen a short time after maintenance? Ad had ghartok in bb, blue scroll in bm and at some point after maintenance yesterday, they both just appeared back in their temples.
This also happened to one of our scrolls after a past maintenance. Now I'm not complaining cause ep needs all the help we can get in this campaign.😂
Just wondering if this has happened elsewhere, bug, or an intended mechanic when one faction is stomping the rest.
