Apparently, they are saving it for later. Not the first time.
Bastion Sanguinaris was released in August, but Greymoor came out in May already (on PC, in June for consoles).

At least they are returning 2 older houses, which is nice.

I guess you’re right it will be like bastion house... which one are you going for?

Stone Eagle Aerie may come out next month, or March at most - ZOS will be releasing the new Q1 DLC in February/March if they keep their usual schedule, so they'll have to sell the Aerie before they cycle over to their new houses. Fingers crossed it will be sooner rather than later and you can get your Dwemer house!

I already have 1 one of the returning homes (ironcially, considering current discussions, I got it through a support ticket 3 years ago - spent quite a few Crowns on furnishing it, since it came empty and I needed some Imperial banners which are Crown Store only). But since they don't do the ticket exceptions anymore, I'm glad others get the chance to buy them too.

I was never interested in Grand Topal, although I've seen wonderful builds there by other people, and it's possibly the largest house out there - you get your own private island, after all! So both can be great houses, if you don't have them yet.

At least you know it is coming eventually, and probably sooner than later, relatively speaking! I have been waiting for Tel Galen since I started playing the game in July 2019 and can only hope and wait indefinitely for it’s return...

I hope that the return of two notables to the Crown store this month, along with a variety of furnishing packs, is a sign of things to come! :) I think Linchal Grand Manor is one of the best houses for if you want a more traditional style mansion with grand estate. I’ve seen some lovely builds with it too! But I think that I shall be splurging on Grand Topal as I love large natural settings with lots of trees and water features!

I'm heavy breathing right now...even though I really wanted Stone Eagle Aerie, I've been dying for the Dibella statue, and both of these notables are in my top 5 favorites in the game :(

This is overall a really good selection of stuff >.<

I was a bit disappointed because I wanted the Markarth house, and most of the other January CS stuff is mine already. Housing stuff I mean.
Well, waiting for next month then. Or te month after. Or the month after that one. Or...
    PC EU.

I'm hyped for the houses yet to be seen. I know somehow that next chapter is going to have some interesting homes and I can't help speculating what they might be. I'm thinking something Imperial maybe or an Oblivion home possibly.

Was hoping for the lakemire house(think it was last up Jan 2019 maybe? Not sure) guess we'll see next month, or year(s)...

I really wanted to get Hunter’s Glade during this expansion, and find it baffling that in the (partially) werewolf themed expansion, the werewolf house was not once put up for sale.

The timing on housing seems off in general. Why island themed stuff now? I’m glad it’s getting released for those who want it - but January?

Meanwhile, the special housing item vendor for the last two weeks has been selling dwarven themed furniture... to get us excited about... which house?

Again. I’m glad it’s being sold for those who want it. I just don’t see much coordination here. Is this for the frozen lake house? Or Stone Eagle?

Right now it’s downtime between expansions. A perfect time for me to do things like decorate a house. But my main is a werewolf - and I can’t get his house. Not for two years now. That’s pretty frustrating.

I really love this game, the world, and the writing. I just wish stuff I wanted to do in it, wasn’t locked behind artificial constraints.

The fact that they aren’t releasing the houses for the new zones WHILE we are playing that area is very frustrating. Why make us wait? Why not let us utilize the port and get excited about all the new furniture items they released. I’m less likely to buy the Crown houses when I’ve already completed the zone.

The Luxury Furnisher has a schedule that repeats every year. Sometimes new stuff is added but it's not related to any chapter, dlc, season or anything.

Right! ZOS leaving money on the table. It makes ZERO sense.

Agreed, I thought the same. Wouldn't winter be a good time to sell winter/snow themed homes? People get into seasonal moods, why not offer seasonal houses to fit the season. Makes sense.

Technically its Clockwork themed items, but I agree. Why have them for sale now, why not during the Tribunal event coming up in a month or so.

Ya, I don't know why the Stone Eagle house has not been put up for sale. Markarth is already getting old, less people doing anything there, it's wearing out. Soon we will be onto new areas, why spend a giant chunk of money on a house in an "old" zone. That thing should have been put up for sale within weeks of the DLC release, and frankly if they are going to make it a Limited Time Offering, they should limit that time for the duration of the DLC to give folks time to save up the high dollar amount needed to purchase a home like that.

I'd like the werewolf house as well. Hell, I'd buy it tonight if a ZOS employee whispered to me and said "you interested in buying this home"....cha ching cha ching. However a few months from now when I am no longer interested in my werewolf toon, I might not be as tempted to purchase the home.

    Why?
Shall the order be all random and fit the wills of the current events and stuff so no one has a clue when those items they have waited a year on will return?

I wouldn’t mind if housing in general was treated as such. So you knew when a house you wanted might/was likely to rotate back into the store.

If furniture can do it, then houses should too.

My frustration is the disconnect between those scheduled special housing items - and the seemingly random house offerings.

I wouldn’t want the scheduled housing items to be messed with - but would prefer some semblance of a same/similar schedule applied to housing sales (:
