Stone Eagle Aerie may come out next month, or March at most - ZOS will be releasing the new Q1 DLC in February/March if they keep their usual schedule, so they'll have to sell the Aerie before they cycle over to their new houses. Fingers crossed it will be sooner rather than later and you can get your Dwemer house!I guess you’re right it will be like bastion house... which one are you going for?
Meanwhile, the special housing item vendor for the last two weeks has been selling dwarven themed furniture... to get us excited about... which house?

The Luxury Furnisher has a schedule that repeats every year. Sometimes new stuff is added but it's not related to any chapter, dlc, season or anything.
Right! ZOS leaving money on the table. It makes ZERO sense.I really wanted to get Hunter’s Glade during this expansion, and find it baffling that in the (partially) werewolf themed expansion, the werewolf house was not once put up for sale.
Agreed, I thought the same. Wouldn't winter be a good time to sell winter/snow themed homes? People get into seasonal moods, why not offer seasonal houses to fit the season. Makes sense. The timing on housing seems off in general. Why island themed stuff now? I’m glad it’s getting released for those who want it - but January?
Technically its Clockwork themed items, but I agree. Why have them for sale now, why not during the Tribunal event coming up in a month or so.Meanwhile, the special housing item vendor for the last two weeks has been selling dwarven themed furniture... to get us excited about... which house?
Ya, I don't know why the Stone Eagle house has not been put up for sale. Markarth is already getting old, less people doing anything there, it's wearing out. Soon we will be onto new areas, why spend a giant chunk of money on a house in an "old" zone. That thing should have been put up for sale within weeks of the DLC release, and frankly if they are going to make it a Limited Time Offering, they should limit that time for the duration of the DLC to give folks time to save up the high dollar amount needed to purchase a home like that.Again. I’m glad it’s being sold for those who want it. I just don’t see much coordination here. Is this for the frozen lake house? Or Stone Eagle?
I'd like the werewolf house as well. Hell, I'd buy it tonight if a ZOS employee whispered to me and said "you interested in buying this home"....cha ching cha ching. However a few months from now when I am no longer interested in my werewolf toon, I might not be as tempted to purchase the home.Right now it’s downtime between expansions. A perfect time for me to do things like decorate a house. But my main is a werewolf - and I can’t get his house. Not for two years now. That’s pretty frustrating.
Agreed, agreed, agreed (I would add that the music is amazing).I really love this game, the world, and the writing. I just wish stuff I wanted to do in it, wasn’t locked behind artificial constraints.

Why?
Shall the order be all random and fit the wills of the current events and stuff so no one has a clue when those items they have waited a year on will return?
