Heyos Again! 
This is my second house that I finished recently, my Xanmeer University. I went with the concept of some mer mages who successfully travelled to Argonian territory for scholarly reasons. With the help of the local wise Argonian leaders, they used an abandoned Xanmeer to establish a university, where anyone with skill and motivation can come and learn Alchemy and Enchanting. Each of the mer also contributed some flora that shaped and aggrandized the local beauty.

Aptonoth✭✭✭✭✭Great job but why does everyone turn my house into a place of learning lol? I've seen a few scholarly builds all with this house too its more common to see it that way than an Argoian house. Guess I'll have to show mine off when its done.1 -
