Grayhaven final encounter unplayable

Hello. I want to report an issue I’m having. Trying not to spoil anything but the final boss fight of the main markarth story has crashed my game four times and I’m unable to complete it despite trying and trying.

I had issues last night where I submitted a ticket but it seems that anywhere the “Dark heart” graphics are present, it’s crashing my Xbox one X.

Last patch it was infinite load screens, this one it’s random lock ups and hard crashes while in combat. I can forgive the random crash but four times in the same place? That’s consistent and very frustrating.

Hopefully others aren’t having this issue but if you are, I hope it gets noticed and fixed soon.

We are currently investigating issues with increased crashing on all platforms since the recent update and maintenance.
