Rapid Maneuver/Rapid Riding

This last patch slowed mount riding even more. What's the point of getting a mount and getting Rapids if you can walk/run just as fast? First off, at level 1 Mount Speed, you should be able to ride your mount in "walk" as fast as your player can walk, and it's way slower. Sad when your player can run faster than your mount/horse. Update 27 slowed mount riding down, and Update 28 made it even slower and worse.
