Looped loading screen

It started after the update, I tried to repair - no go. I tried to reinstall the game - no go.

How it goes:
- Start the game
- Login - Choose a character
- Loading screen is going on with ESO symbol rotating
- I hear the "ping" as if I got mail, ESO symbol starts to lag and then continues as normal
- The previous point just keeps repeating

I hope that I'm the only one and I need advice how to solve this. Also, how to change forum username?

Please deactivate all of your addons and try logging in to the game again. If you are now able to log in, one of your addons was blocking your access to the game. You should try enabling addons one at a time to identify which one is causing the issue.
