1 hour 38 minutes of camping 10k hp adds in an overcrowded public dungeon that also has the lowest amount of adds of all dungeons.
I thought this system was supposed to give us more info on the lore and such.
Not sure how spamming aoes in hopes that i get credit amongts the 15 other ppl also farming for the ring counts as learning about the lore.
The whole mythic grind is just plain stupid, camping world bosses, delve bosses, ic bosses, dungeon bosses.
Literally the most tedious thing i have ever seen in a video game.
Agreed. Even the lead in Nighthollow Keep has a cooldown. I'm working on a second ring, two characters and almost two hours with only a few people stopping by to pick up what I can't even see.
I've never seen anything this tedious either.

Not to sound condescending, but why are you farming for a second ring now that you can just create one for 25-75 transmute crystals? I don't know how mythics work as far as "set completion" for reducing the number of stones required, but I would think acquiring the necessary transmute stones would be far less tiresome than grinding for all the leads.

Because it's for codexes. Not the actual mythic itself. You will forever be at 9/15 of them which is a rather huge chunk of lore missing/gated because it's not there, @Feric51. I know you can reconstruct it. Believe me, I've made three already - that isn't the issue. The issue is that, again, you cannot complete the codexes because you can't finish the ring.
Edit: Which that may not be your cup of tea, but some of us are completionists and would like to see the lore behind mythics and other trinkets. It's missing content that we paid for.

Gotcha. I just saw you said you were "working on a second ring" and thought you meant the item itself. I'm a bit of a completionist, although admit the codexes (codexi? lol) aren't a focal point for me. I can understand the frustration for you though.
Sorry, just a misunderstanding. Carry on!

I haven't even started on trying to complete my entire codex yet... something to do along with filling out the sticker book eventually
and it's codices (I had to look it up myself )
