Update on PC/Mac U28 Maintenance - Nov 2

Hi everyone,
As is stated in the announcement banner we recently put up on the forums, we are currently investigating a technical issue tied to today's PC/Mac maintenance for Markarth and Update 28. We're planning to open PC NA shortly, but PC EU will need to remain offline while we continue to troubleshoot. Maintenance is being extended for PC EU until 1pm EST, but we'll provide updates in this thread as we know more.
