Stuck in permanent Q and can't leave, nothing pops - Ticket 201025-003259

I Q solo and nothing pops, I Q with a 4 man premade and nothing pops, also cannot leave Q, or leave or disband group once Q'ed.

✭✭✭✭✭Is it still bugged? I read somewhere here that it takes about about 15 minutes of being logged off (game off) to reset a bug like that. Just turning it off then back on is not enough, leave it off for at least 15 minutes if it happens again. If it still persists after that, you'll need a open a ticket.0 -

I was logged out for a couple of hours, then checked again after watching a football game for 3+ hours and still bugged.
It's just those two characters, hoping the daily reset fixes it.

Ellimist_Entreri✭✭✭This is the fix I have seen work for others being sent out by Customer Support:
"Please try having another player invite you to group, and then queue as a group for the Dungeon. Once done, check your notifications and see if the option to join the Dungeon becomes available. If it does, decline, and then leave group, which should then allow you to queue as normal."0 -
