Intermittent crash as soon as character logon

Hi.
The game client seem to crash about 3 times out of 5 after logging in from character screen. I always get the following error - the error has been automatically sent to Apple developer account I believe with the detailed error log.

Same here. Let's see what the article says.

First one: I already installed the game and it worked fine until two days ago.
Second one: Also doesn't apply as the game worked fine two days ago.

Conclusion: Typical useless first response.

Hi @ZOS_Adrikoth I've tried the steps. After turning vertical sync on, I feel the game is crashing much less - maybe only once or twice a day the game client froze.
