Join group fail

At first only I could not add my wife’s toon to my group, though she could add me to her group; now, neither one of us can invite the other to group...says failed joining group. This is some BS especially since we are paid subscribers. We have other character that can group together. It seems like an issue when going between PVP imperial/cyrodill and non PvP grouping. I’m not starting another damn character from scratch that mirrors one I already have. Fix this long standing issue or refund my money.

We are aware of an issue where players may experience an unending queue. If you are experiencing this issue, we have found a few workarounds that may resolve your issue:

1. Have another player invite your character to a group.
2. Have the Group Leader (make sure it isn't the character with the problem) join the queue.
3. Once joined, have the Group Leader leave the queue.
4. If the above resolution does resolve your issue, follow the steps detailed below.
